I've analyzed microbiome sequencing data from 50+ NCBI SRA samples, using Python, R, Kraken2, Bracken, and SQL to turn complex datasets into interpretable findings.

For my MSc dissertation, I performed preprocessing, quality assessment, taxonomic profiling, and diversity analysis across regions and time periods. I built five-plus visualizations and presented reports that improved interpretation of microbial diversity trends.

I also analyzed 5,700+ clinical trials to examine eligibility, enrollment, duration, phases, and study types. My analysis identified high Phase 3 enrollment and longer Phase 1|Phase 2 durations while communicating appropriate statistical caveats around outlier-driven results.

I'm passionate about applying Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and R to solve scientific and business problems through rigorous analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
