What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a meaningful corporate role in administration, finance support, or business operations where I can improve processes, maintain accurate records, support teams, build client relationships, and grow my operational and analytical capabilities.

I've coordinated day-to-day retail operations at MR GADGET, progressing from junior staff to Operations Coordinator. I oversee team coordination, customer engagement across in-store and digital channels, promotions, and structured follow-up that supports retention and repeat sales.

I prepare daily and periodic sales summaries in Excel to support performance tracking, data analysis, and planning.

Previously, at MCBORIS TECHNOLOGIES and REVENTIFY, I supported administrative operations, client communication, scheduling, procurement, documentation, customer inquiries, order tracking, and digital engagement reporting. I've used client feedback and interaction data to improve service delivery, workflow coordination, and response efficiency.

I'm building further capability in investment analysis through Fidelity International's virtual experience, including portfolio analysis, fixed-income valuation, multi-fund portfolio optimization, covariance analysis, and Excel Solver.
