I’m looking for a dynamic team where I can support daily operations and customer service while using Excel and analytics to produce accurate reporting. I want a role that values organization, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.

I’m an administrative and operational assistant who coordinates daily business activities to keep workflows efficient and customers well served. In my recent role, I managed inventory records, monitored shipments, maintained operational documentation, and prepared reports using Microsoft Excel.

I bring a Statistics background and hands-on analytics experience, including collecting, cleaning, and analyzing datasets to support data-driven decisions and building interactive dashboards and reports. I also developed responsive web pages as a Web-Design Trainee, strengthening my front-end skills and problem-solving approach—always focused on delivering accurate, efficient, customer-focused results.
