What I'm looking for

Full-time remote operations role with a US or European company: inventory and demand planning, business or finance operations, or operations automation. I work US Eastern hours from India (evening to early morning IST). Open to contract-to-hire.

I started in building-materials trading in 2011, and since 2013 I have run Kundan Cements, a B2B building-materials distributor in central India. We supply bath fittings, architectural lighting, flooring, paints and wallpaper to dealers across 10 districts, most of them buying on credit. I own P&L, purchasing, inventory, credit and collections. Results: - Grew monthly sales of our bath-fittings brand distribution line 3.5x in three years after taking it on. - Cut inventory by about 40% with no drop in service levels, by rebuilding reorder levels SKU by SKU. Two systems I built and still run: - Weekly replenishment for 700-800 SKUs. I pull sales from Tally into Excel and Google Sheets, set stock-cover targets by movement speed and supplier lead time, and check every purchase order against cash flow before it goes out. - A receivables process that replaced verbal follow-up with aging by dealer, a shared collections plan refreshed from Tally every 2-3 days, and credit limits applied at order level. I trained as a computer science engineer (B.Tech, then Accenture on Siebel CRM) and hold an MBA from SIBM Bangalore, so I build my own tools: Google Apps Script, Python, Looker Studio dashboards and AI workflows. I want a full-time remote operations role with a US or European team, in inventory and demand planning, business or finance operations, or operations automation. I work US hours from India, covering 9 am to 5 pm Eastern.
