I’m a Streaming Team Manager and editorial operations leader with a strong background in Department/Product Management and Accounts. Currently, I manage end-to-end streaming operations across multiple global regions, ensuring smooth execution, high-quality output, and scalable workflows. I’m known for team leadership, project management, recruitment, and workflow optimization.

In my current role, I lead regional execution while aligning it with global standards across North America (US & Canada), UK & Australia, and Europe. I oversee streaming operations for catalog and VOD services, manage high-profile clients such as Allente Nordic, Tele2, Multichoice, Foxtel, TitanOS, and Ipsos UK, and drive content delivery workflow improvements that protect client satisfaction. I also focus on KPIs, reporting, and continuous process refinement.

Previously, as a Team Lead (Streaming and French Market), I managed two teams totaling 20+ editors and handled performance reviews, KPI management, and quality assurance reporting. I led project management initiatives and collaborated with tech teams for system optimization, while also owning recruitment and onboarding for new hires. Earlier, as an Assistant Manager (Line Manager), I managed operational teams, content scheduling, editorial quality checks, and even supported product development and high-impact projects from concept to launch.
