What I'm looking for
I’m an Operations professional who brings structure and execution discipline to multi-client environments. I build SOPs, keep organized records, and coordinate day-to-day delivery so teams aren’t relying on memory or tribal knowledge.
In my current operations role, I own end-to-end client operations across multiple concurrent accounts—proposals, onboarding, delivery timelines, invoicing, and follow-through. I also produce client-facing documentation, reports, and communications to a professional standard.
Alongside that, I manage CRM data and reporting for a distributed team, focusing on data integrity across the full pipeline. I’ve developed internal governance frameworks and reporting structures leaders use for operational decision-making.
Earlier in my career, I supervised a team of 10+ in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting, which strengthened my comfort with both the people side of operations and the process side. I’m especially motivated by roles where clear systems improve consistency, accountability, and results.
