I partnered with sales on client-facing solution design, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses. I also led a biller’s expansion into European and Asian markets, navigating regional regulatory and compliance requirements for cross-border payment integration.
Previously, at Inovva Media Inc., I managed a group of 10+ professionals delivering SaaS products and redesigned development processes to increase delivery velocity by more than 40% and cut defect rates by up to 30%. At BCA Research Inc., I led development of responsive websites and publishing automation, and earlier built RESTful services, content management systems, and web-based portals.
