At ArborXR, I led backend engineering for Portal, a multi-tenant SaaS control plane serving thousands of organizations and 40,000+ devices. I owned architecture, scalability, and delivery while growing the backend team from two engineers to seven.
I built Laravel services composed through GraphQL Federation, led incident response, designed a support escalation rotation, and delivered the v2 platform migration through a company-wide reduction. I also directed Portal changes for a customer FedRAMP environment and proposed the MQTT architecture supporting device communication.
Previously at SpringboardVR, I designed and built the billing and licensing platform powering usage-based metering, subscriptions, proration, and developer revenue-share payouts. I bring 20+ years in software development and lead with psychological safety, clear accountability, and hands-on technical direction.
