At IQVIA, I support US healthcare claims-processing applications and end-to-end claims adjudication workflows in production.
I configure and troubleshoot ProgSpex Claims Engine rules, investigate eligibility, benefits, pricing, denials, edits, payment issues, and use advanced SQL to validate data, reconcile issues, and identify root causes.
I coordinate a technical team of 8–10 members, align incident priorities and delivery, support SOX and SOC readiness, and work with Configuration, Development, QA, Compliance, Finance, and business teams to resolve complex production issues.
