What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable healthcare software delivery, solve mission-critical technical issues, mentor developers, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

I've spent over 13 years at IQVIA building, supporting, and improving healthcare software from concept through deployment. I currently lead development projects, align delivery with client requirements, and provide technical resolution for mission-critical systems.

I design scalable database solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle schema objects, stored procedures, functions, triggers, packages, tables, indexes, and materialized views. I've tuned SQL queries, implemented business logic, generated business reports, supported production systems, and worked with business users during user acceptance testing.

I collaborate with cross-functional, onshore, and offshore teams; conduct code reviews and quality assurance; and mentor junior developers to follow technical best practices.
