I enjoy creating practical Jira ecosystems—from setup to migration—while keeping stakeholders aligned through clear communication and agile execution.

As a Manager at Capgemini Technology, I’ve managed Jira Admins and partnered with customers to translate requirements into working systems. I created and configured projects, workflows, screens, and custom fields, and led Jira Server to Cloud migration for 1000+ projects with 5000+ users. I also drive bi-weekly releases, oversee agile ceremonies, build dashboards/filters/JQL, and ensure GDPR and SOX compliance for secure, regulated operations.

Previously, as Tech Lead at Yantra Tech Innovation Lab, I owned Atlassian products including Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and related plugins. I managed cloud-to-cloud migrations, led end-to-end project setup (requirement gathering, planning, design, delivery), performed cost analysis to reduce overspending, and integrated qTest from Jira Cloud. I also configured SSO via Atlassian Access and leveraged REST APIs for automation and integration, while producing weekly utilization reporting.

Earlier, I served as a Technical Analyst and Associate Consultant—administering Jira/JSM/Confluence, designing workflows and permissions, managing users/groups, troubleshooting client issues, and installing/upgrading plugins. I’m proud of recognition like the Bravo Award for Value creation (H1-2019), star performer of the month four times, and CIO/CEO appreciation for migration work. I consistently bring meticulous attention to detail, a quick-learning mindset, and a commitment to quality in every delivery.
