At Hesto Harnesses, I lead end-to-end materials and supply chain operations across a portfolio of around 10,000 parts. I focus on material availability, inventory performance, and uninterrupted production.
At Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited, I led the implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response across Group Commercial Operations Business Units and developed a Supply Chain ControlTower for inventory, cost-to-serve, and planning KPIs. I also implemented a statistical inventory optimisation tool that was associated with an average 10% reduction in operating inventory levels.
At Heineken South Africa, I led the setup of a supply chain planning team and the implementation of its planning system and S&OP processes. Improvements to forecasting and planning reduced demurrage costs by R43m within the first year in charge.
Earlier, I worked across supply chain planning, inventory, logistics, and engineering roles at AB InBev, Brandhouse Beverages, BP Southern Africa, Saint-Gobain Construction Products, McLaren Automotive, and Toyota SA Motors. My qualifications include an MBA, a BSc in Mechanical Engineering (Honours), and the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) credential.
