At Revlon South Africa, I lead end-to-end supply chain operations across warehousing, international air and ocean freight, final-mile distribution, and customer care.

I manage 125 staff, with experience leading teams of up to 165, and hold accountability for R42m in domestic budgets and R110m in international freight. Since 2019, I’ve delivered a 30% total cost reduction, offset inflation year on year, and generated more than R12m in savings in both 2024 and 2025.

Across Revlon, TNT Express Worldwide, DSV Healthcare, and 5M2T, I’ve improved transport, distribution, routing, compliance, network performance, and route-to-market operations across FMCG, pharmaceutical, express, and informal trade environments.
