What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead QA and technology delivery programmes where I can strengthen quality governance, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver reliable releases for complex banking or telecom platforms.

I'm currently delivering end-to-end QA for ANZ Banking Group's digital transformation programme through Wipro, coordinating multi-vendor test teams across onsite, offshore, and third-party workstreams.

I've planned sprint-level testing, tracked milestones across 8+ production releases with no critical escapes, and created quality governance frameworks that reduced UAT defect leakage by approximately 35%. I work closely with client leadership, business analysts, developers, and DevOps teams to manage delivery, risks, release readiness, and escalations.
