What I'm looking for

I’m looking for executive-level ownership of enterprise technology delivery—end-to-end program/project execution with Agile leadership and organizational change management—where I can scale products, align stakeholders, and deliver compliant, adopted releases.

I’m a PMP-certified program and project management leader with 14+ years of experience driving enterprise technology delivery across fintech, insurance, CRM/ERP, and digital product environments. I translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps and lead Agile teams from discovery to release.

As Vice President – Project (promoted May 2024), I’ve owned end-to-end delivery for payment platform and gateway integration initiatives. I run stakeholder workshops, translate needs into prioritized roadmaps, and coordinate across business, banking, merchants, operations, and technology to launch and scale payment solutions.

I’m known for managing the organizational change that comes with large-scale rollouts—stakeholder alignment, communication planning, training, and knowledge transfer—so business-critical releases are adopted successfully. I also strengthen platform reliability and security through improvements across key management and encryption frameworks.

Previously, I led Agile execution for Indus Nippon Life Insurance—from BRD creation and solution design through sprint ceremonies, milestone tracking, and scope/cost modeling—while protecting delivery commitments through early risk and dependency management. I started in QA leadership and test automation, building Cucumber/Java/Selenium frameworks and reinforcing release governance and quality gates across CRM/ERP programs.
