What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead cloud, data platform, DevOps, and AI-augmented engineering initiatives where I can build scalable systems, mentor engineers, improve delivery reliability, and partner across teams on meaningful business outcomes.

At UBS, I lead a 7-engineer platform team building governed Azure Databricks and Unity Catalog data platforms, reusable Terraform infrastructure, and automated data and metadata pipelines.

I've delivered AI-augmented engineering systems, including a multi-agent GitLab code review workflow that reduced manual review effort by approximately 50–75%, and a RAG-based architecture review solution that cut turnaround from around two weeks to one day.

I also improve the performance and reliability of production systems: I reduced an API latency issue from about 1.5 seconds to near-instant response times and cut a batch-processing workload from more than two hours to under 30 seconds.

Across UBS, Siemens PLM, and Springer Nature/CREST, I've built .NET, React, cloud, DevOps, and distributed systems while mentoring engineers, leading delivery, and working closely with product, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders.
