At IceWarp India, I coordinate technical delivery for email and collaboration solutions, working with customers and internal teams from planning through deployment and handover.
As a Sr. Implementation Executive at IceWarp India, I designed email infrastructure and configured hybrid environments involving Exchange, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other platforms. I also performed data migrations and worked on identity management, LDAP synchronization, and MDM implementation.
I used shell scripts to manage user accounts, permissions, and mailbox administration, and handled DNS, mail routing, troubleshooting, and backup and disaster recovery tasks.
Earlier, as a System Administrator at NetGains Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I administered servers and Active Directory and supported email systems. I’m pursuing a PGP in Data Science and am looking to move into a Project Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager role.
