Je suis un professionnel polyvalent alliant expérience en service à la clientèle et compétences techniques en réseaux informatiques. J'ai occupé des postes de caissier au Canada et de technicien réseaux au Maroc, en réalisant des transactions, en gérant des retours et en assurant un service client efficace.
En tant que technicien réseaux, j'ai installé et configuré du matériel et des équipements réseau (Cisco), effectué du câblage, maintenu des serveurs et installé des logiciels, tout en appliquant des procédures de maintenance rigoureuses.
Mes expériences de livraison et de manutention m'ont permis de développer la planification logistique, la gestion du temps, la conduite sécuritaire et la capacité à travailler sous pression. Je suis ponctuel, autonome et apte au travail physique.
