What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or customer service role where I can troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist customers, strengthen my technical skills, and contribute to reliable after-sales support.

I've supported customers at ChakTek with technical requirements, product recommendations, sales, invoicing, cash transactions, and after-sales service. I also provided hands-on troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, smartphones, and printers.

Through roles at Africa Laptop and Tunisie Informatique Service, I've repaired and maintained hardware, assisted helpdesk users, configured basic networks, and installed CCTV systems. I hold a BTP in Computer & Microsystem Maintenance and communicate in Arabic, English, and French.
