I’m looking to apply my blend of computer science education and customer-focused communication in educational technology, training, content development, or IT support—where I can manage stakeholders, solve problems fast, and drive operational efficiency.

I’m a motivated, versatile graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Education, blending pedagogical training with technical proficiency. I bring practical experience across administration, customer relations, and sales, with a consistent focus on communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

In sales roles, I manage inbound and outbound customer calls, educate prospects on product features and benefits, convert qualified leads into paying customers, and handle objections through needs-based consultative selling. I’ve maintained strong customer relationships, followed up to improve conversions and retention, and supported targets through accurate customer records and sales reporting using CRM and communication tools.
