I'm seeking a challenging position where I can demonstrate my abilities and contribute to organizational growth.

At Tata Consultancy Services, I monitor cloud infrastructure health using Grafana, DX O2, and CA SOI. I also manage IBM TWS and Control-M job failures to keep critical batch processes within their scheduling windows.

For Sainsbury’s, I provided L1 support for global cloud environments and handled incident triage and escalation. I also built a personal finance tracker with a Java Spring Boot backend, JWT authentication, and Chart.js visualizations.
