At Reside Admissions, I lead QA strategy for a healthcare SaaS product, including a Qase.io regression suite covering admissions, facility management, and EHR integrations. I introduced a Playwright automation framework and an automated smoke suite to reduce manual regression effort.

I lead PointClickCare API integration testing for PASRR workflows, validating OAuth 2.0 scopes and HL7-compliant data models. I also scoped Azure AD SAML SSO alongside OneLogin and defined acceptance criteria for the integration.

At Elixirr Digital, I delivered QA across client products, maintaining Cypress regression suites and validating REST APIs against OpenAPI specifications. I also ran JMeter load scenarios and reported bottlenecks before production deployment.
