Previously, I led QA strategy and release verification for enterprise insurance applications at QCerris Belgrade, defining quality gates, mentoring QA engineers, and managing CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Spinnaker. Across logistics and insurance products, I've delivered UI and API automation with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cucumber, Postman, and Datadog, while supporting more than 700 successful production deployments.
