Designed and executed test scenarios for complex real-estate business workflows within large enterprise systems. Participated in enterprise Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, grooming, release validation, and defect triage.

Held full responsibility for local server infrastructure, system administration, monitoring, and day-to-day IT operations within an international German-speaking environment. Managed Windows Server systems, Active Directory, user administration, network infrastructure, hardware and software maintenance, backup coordination, and technical troubleshooting.

Master's Degree in HVAC Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Sarajevo.
