What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote position where I can apply my experience in administrative work, documentation management, client and supplier communication, and cross-department coordination.

At Zlatnik d.o.o., I manage documentation across construction and metalworking, including invoices, work orders, offers, quotes, and material tracking sheets. I coordinate with two engineers and follow documentation from inquiry through completion while communicating with clients and suppliers.

I also built operational experience in a family truck service business, supporting service records, appointment scheduling, inventory, supplier communication, and dispatch. I'm looking to bring my organized, deadline-focused administrative experience to a remote role.
