What I'm looking for

I’m seeking opportunities in technology support where I can apply continuous learning and multitasking to deliver impactful solutions and enhance the user experience.

At COLLABERATECHNOLOGIES, I supported users in a Windows environment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. I also managed email support and ticketing tools while coordinating with engineers.

At WIPRO INFOTECH (Client side Sun pharma), I installed and troubleshot internal applications and software, and handled user requests through the BMC support tool. I also provided remote support and coordinated with engineers on user issues.

At DIGITAL 2 VIRTUAL ISPINDIA PVT. LTD, I supported broadband and corporate customers with network issues, monitored network locations, and coordinated with field engineers. Since February 2019, I’ve taken a planned career break while working as an Office assistant at Sagar Engineering works, supporting vendor coordination, invoices, data, and stock management.
