I’m looking for a role where I can apply my calm, customer-first approach—verifying and explaining insurance options or supporting operational KPIs—while training others, handling payments accurately, and keeping the work environment organized and efficient.

I’m a licensed Georgia life insurance broker (independent contractor) where I review client policies to verify accuracy, call insurance companies to confirm updates, and clearly explain policy options and riders. I handle sensitive information with care, complete applications, and support end-to-year record tracking.

Before insurance, I led day-to-day operations as an assistant manager across retail and pet-focused settings—tracking KPIs, maintaining inventory, building schedules, training staff, and keeping rewards performance strong. Earlier experience also strengthened my people skills through roles in admissions, cash handling, animal care, and clinic support, including administering medications and assisting with unruly patients.
