I’m looking for a role where I can lead end-to-end creative strategy—grounded in human insight—then translate ideas into measurable performance across Meta and Google, with room to experiment, collaborate, and scale winning campaigns.

I’m an award-winning creative strategist and brand storyteller with experience spanning brand storytelling, performance marketing, and editorial writing. I build campaigns from the inside out—starting with human insight, shaping the creative concept, and seeing it through to the numbers that prove it landed.

My work has been recognized at Young Spikes Sri Lanka and Young Spikes Asia, including a bold repositioning campaign for Prima Kottu-Mee and a mental health stigma campaign using Singaporean cultural psychology with Singpass as the digital identity touchpoint. I’ve also helped deliver Sri Lanka’s first generative AI based campaign, recognized among the top entries and reaching finalist status for the “Tomorrow is Yours” campaign.

In my recent role as Senior Specialist - Marketing Operations (Oceans XYZ LLC), I led creative strategy for a luxury US D2C eCom beauty brand—writing all ad copy and directing creative angles across Meta and Google to support Asia Pacific performance growth. I also served as de facto creative director for product and lifestyle shoots in Sri Lanka, sourcing models, directing the shoot, and producing campaign-ready assets.

I’m at my best when creative and performance stay tightly aligned: I built and executed full-funnel paid media campaigns, developed GTM strategy and audience development, and delivered results like improving conversion rate from 2.6% to 11.8% over 12 months, reaching 3.3x ROAS and 13% conversion during the brand’s highest-spending month. I bring strong leadership, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to every campaign—from concept to optimization.
