What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can create welcoming guest experiences, resolve concerns, support efficient daily operations, and continue growing my service and retail skills.

I'm currently a Guest Service Specialist at the National Aquarium, where I greet and register guests, manage reservations, process payments, and resolve challenges throughout their visits.

I've supported fast-paced customer experiences at Domino's, Veterans Canteen Service, Emily's Place Restaurant/Catering, and Get Da Scoop. My work has included taking orders, recommending products, preparing food, stocking products, and balancing registers.

I focus on listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing timely solutions. I also help guests navigate menu choices, special orders, questions, and concerns with a friendly, professional approach.
