At Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society, I coordinate services for children and families while managing a community-based caseload. I build relationships with Children’s Services, Alberta Health Services, schools, caregivers, and community organizations, and connect families with housing, financial, cultural, addiction, and mental health resources.
I maintain confidential electronic records and meet reporting deadlines, and I mentor and train newly hired staff on program procedures and documentation. Previously, I coordinated admissions and client onboarding at Poundmaker’s Lodge Treatment Centres and provided intake support and resource navigation at Boyle Street Community Services.
