What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a coordination or program support role where I can manage time-sensitive requests, maintain accurate records, support vulnerable populations or service teams, and improve operational processes.

I'm currently supporting Independent Counselling Enterprises as an ECAT Coordinator, coordinating after-hours staffing coverage, shift cancellations, booking updates, and urgent program requests.

I also work as a Program Support Analyst with the Government of Alberta, where I coordinate stakeholder requests, meetings, documentation, reporting, and confidential operational activities in a regulated environment.

My background includes residential behavioural and crisis support, plus data coordination and analysis using Excel and PivotTables to track engagement, prepare reports, and improve processes.
