What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can support operations, customers, delivery coordination, and digital content creation using AI tools, strong organization, and clear communication.

At Deliverypals Ltd., I coordinated delivery orders, assigned riders, tracked packages, and kept customers updated through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

I maintained daily delivery and receipt records, followed up on delayed packages, resolved delivery issues, and prepared weekly delivery, expense, and performance reports.
