I've led compliance and applicant-screening review across large affordable and market-rate housing portfolios, including nearly 7,000 homes at Real Estate Equities. As Grievance Manager, I reviewed criminal-background-related denial disputes, investigated discrepancies, and documented accurate, compliant outcomes.
I research incomplete or missing screening information, validate criminal and public records, and follow up on county-level record gaps when standard screening results are incomplete.
At AHC, Inc., I partnered with RealPage developers to turn affordable housing reporting requirements into custom system logic and usable data outputs for CHART reporting. I helped define reporting needs, identify data fields, troubleshoot outputs, and support HUD, LIHTC, HOME, and CDBG reporting processes.
