What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can advocate for patients, coordinate care across teams, and communicate complex information with empathy. I want meaningful responsibility—case coordination, diagnostics support, and opportunities to grow alongside strong clinical or research teams.

I’m a Medical Case Manager at Brown University Health, where I interpret complex medical information, coordinate care across multiple departments, and advocate for patients’ rights to receive proper treatment. I also communicate clearly with health insurance providers to reduce barriers and keep care moving.

Before and alongside my clinical work, I spent years as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Rhode Island, organizing and managing calf research projects, collecting and interpreting data, and independently running ELISA assays. I strengthened my ability to plan, execute, and communicate results through posters and manuscripts. Additionally, I participated in Parkinson’s Disease research at the University of Rhode Island.

I also bring hands-on experience from Peckham Farm, including assistant farm management and farm assistant roles. I supported veterinary care across species, helped manage herd health, and trained and led undergraduate workers to ensure safe, consistent animal care.

Because I’m comfortable working across high-stakes systems, I’ve also served as a Pro Se Litigant, attending hearings, presenting evidence, completing required motions and filings, and mediating conflicts. I bring the same clarity, persistence, and organization to patient advocacy and research execution.
