Coordinates and facilitates the clinical trial management life cycle, including initiation, development, and implementation of complex project activities. Works with various stakeholders to select appropriate methodologies, develops qualitative and quantitative research plans, and manages IRB approvals and financial audits.

Provided administrative support to physicians and research nurses in a clinic setting, preparing essential clinical trial documents such as informed consents and study drug diaries. Administered trial-related surveys, collected and organized source documents, and facilitated communication between research nurses and trial-specific CRCs.

Supervised the execution of clinical research studies from subject recruitment through end of study for trials specific to Alzheimer’s Disease treatment. Advised the Principal Investigator on decisions such as trial acquisition and patient interactions, ensuring adherence to study protocols for evaluations, treatments, and specimen collection.

Awarded over $1 million in state grant funding to design and implement multiple workforce development training programs for unemployed and underemployed individuals. Managed program design, participant recruitment, and onboarding, while also serving as a case manager providing guidance on private and public social service resources.

Charted physician and mid-level patient encounters in adult and pediatric emergency departments, including a Level 1 Trauma Center. Mentored new scribes during new-hire training on best practices and appropriate etiquette during patient encounters, assisting providers with tracking and updating lab and imaging results.

Served as lead Research Assistant on 15 industry-sponsored and internal clinical trials, screening electronic medical records to assess patient eligibility for research studies. Collaborated with clinical care teams to enroll patients into clinical trials through informed consent, discussing study protocols, clinical implications, and medical history.
