What I'm looking for
I am a clinical case manager and research assistant with experience supporting people with mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and end-of-life care. I combine hands-on clinical work with rigorous research methods to improve client outcomes.
I hold research honors and grants and completed an honors thesis, conducting mixed-methods studies using SPSS and R, EEG and behavioral tasks built in PsychoPy and run on Pavlovia. I have led participant recruitment, data collection, analysis, and conference presentation preparation.
Clinically, I am SOAR-certified and skilled in psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, and community resource coordination. As a hospice volunteer and Registered Behavior Technician, I implemented ABA and ACT-informed programs, led social skills groups, and supported grieving families through compassionate presence.
I bring grant-writing experience (including securing substantial funding for a community garden), team leadership, and data-driven decision-making. I seek roles that blend direct clinical impact with research and program development in collaborative, growth-oriented settings.
