What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my training, coaching, technical support, and operations experience to build capable teams, improve production readiness, and strengthen customer outcomes.

At UnifyCX, I facilitate classroom and virtual training for cybersecurity, technical support, ISP, retail e-commerce, and food delivery programs. I launched a pioneer Technical Support class and prepared new hires for successful production deployment.

I've progressed from Customer Service Representative and Tier 2 Technical Support Representative to Assistant Trainer, Trainer, and Operations Technical Support. My work includes onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, training materials, and collaboration with Operations, Quality Assurance, Team Leaders, and Subject Matter Experts.

I help teams support Shopify orders, field service dispatch, wireless services, internet connectivity, customer retention, renewals, and sales opportunities while maintaining strong customer experiences.
