I’m an English Reading Specialist with a focus on evidence-based literacy instruction and measurable student growth. In my most recent role, I plan and implement Wilson reading lessons and UFLI lessons, collect data, and attend IEP meetings to guide supports for GR K–6 students.
Previously, as a Literacy Instructional Supervisor for Catapult Learning, I trained and supported tutors and public school teachers across multiple districts using Catapult Learning curriculum and the Science of Reading. I interpreted assessment data to determine the best intervention methods and tracked student progress, including virtually training up to 85 teachers in a single session on reading techniques and literacy strategies.
I also bring hands-on intervention experience through roles as a Reading Specialist and Paraprofessional, implementing multisensory reading interventions to build phonological awareness and using targeted strategies to support students with Autism. I’m passionate about coaching educators, organizing effective instructional resources, and translating student data into clear, actionable next steps for learning.
