I founded and currently lead my PTA, building a thriving organization from the ground up by driving community partnerships, increasing family engagement, and leading impactful school initiatives.
Before that, I worked as a dispatcher where I provided excellent customer service support for both non-emergency and emergency situations. I scheduled and connected roadside technicians to customers, communicated with insurance providers, and used Towbook to log and dispatch requests.
Earlier in my career, I served as a WIC Clinic Assistant and Outreach Liaison, delivering nutrition education and managing high-volume calls, scheduling, and follow-up. I helped families through eligibility and step-by-step enrollment, supported virtual meetings, earned customer service awards (2015–2017), and participated in panel speaking and outreach initiatives, including training focused on moving from paper checks to electronic card benefits.
