I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my management skills while contributing to a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

I am currently a senior at Eastern Kentucky University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in business administration and management, complemented by my hands-on experience in various customer service roles. I pride myself on being trustworthy and reliable, qualities that have been essential in my three years of sales and management experience.

In my current role as a Recovery Coach at Voices of Hope, I work directly with inmates in a substance abuse program, providing support and guidance. My previous position as a supervisor at Fast Freddy's Car Wash involved training new employees, managing site operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I have developed strong leadership and problem-solving skills, which I apply daily to enhance team performance and service quality.
