Ashley Papatola

I am a certified recovery coach and supervisor with experience building and leading recovery services from the ground up, including creating a Recovery Coaching Program, hiring and training staff, and providing clinical and non-clinical trainings such as Narcan and harm-reduction workshops. I manage casework, linkage to healthcare, housing placement, post-overdose support, and supervise recovery coaches while maintaining HIPAA, first aid, and CPR compliance.

As a Community Research Assistant I conduct interviews on substance use, mental health, and harm reduction, hold RCR and human subjects certifications, and perform audio cleaning and transcription. I am passionate about recovery, outreach, and evidence-based care, and I seek full-time work where I can support people, expand programs, and contribute to harm-reduction initiatives.
