I’m an operational and people leader with 10 years of experience in a high-pressure environment, bringing deep technical curiosity and user-focused decision-making. As a Senior product leader with a background in Signals Intelligence and Electronic Warfare, I translate technical complexity into intuitive workflows that help operators succeed from day one. I bring analytical reasoning, structured problem-solving, and hands-on, data-informed execution to both strategic direction and day-to-day iteration.

In my role as an Electronic Warfare Specialist with the Royal New Zealand Navy, I served as the senior OSINT and EW intelligence analyst responsible for the full lifecycle of collecting, analysing, and presenting operational intelligence. I designed and delivered training to introduce new operators to complex systems, prepared intelligence reports and briefings for senior officers, and led multidisciplinary teams in exercises, projects, and operational tasks.

Across onboarding and workflow improvements, I’ve focused on early-journey experience—building training systems and scenario-based learning pathways that increase confidence and accelerate adoption. I’m skilled in product discovery through interviewing users, validating assumptions, and identifying high-impact problems through both qualitative and quantitative insights, while partnering closely with engineering and design to co-create solutions.

As Product Manager for SIGINT at D-Ta Systems Inc, I own the strategy and roadmap for SIGINT product capabilities and align development with real-world operator needs. I partner closely with engineering, R&D, and operations, engage directly with defence users for feedback and usability validation, and use market research and competitive analysis to guide long-term direction.
