In my current role as Head, Branch Operations - Transaction Services Division, I supervise branch operations teams and focus on exception review, ledger reconciliation, end-of-day validation, and remediation of AML and internal audit exceptions. I also develop reporting and variance analysis dashboards that isolate underperforming KPIs and support smarter, faster decision‑making.
