I’m looking for an opportunity to utilize and enhance my skills set—delivering compliant, high-quality analytics, dashboards, and ETL-driven insights that create value for my organization and society at large.

I’m a highly motivated data analytics professional with 6 years work experience in the banking sector. I collect, transform, and organize data to deliver actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.

In my current role, I lead Data Analytics and Insights and enable timely delivery of daily and weekly objectives. I prepare and present weekly executive reports, design interactive Microsoft Power BI dashboards, and ensure change management reviews align with banking and regulatory policies while minimizing risk exposure.

I automate reporting and ETL processes using Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server Agent Jobs to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency. I also drive continuous improvement through AI-driven self-service analytics using prompt engineering, and I perform code reviews and report optimization for reliability and performance.

Previously, at Polaris Bank Limited, I led analytics within the Internal Control Information System Control unit, supported UAT sessions, and developed and validated SQL scripts to enhance data accuracy and extraction efficiency. I’ve also worked across MIS and business analytics roles, including contributing to ERP implementation and data migration, and delivering performance reporting for senior management.
