I’ve built my career around dependable, high-paced operations, starting with assembly line work and expanding into security and customer-facing roles. I’m detail-oriented and focused on keeping my work area organized and ready so production can stay consistent.

From January 2021 to the present, I’ve worked at Whirlpool Corporation as an Assembly Line Operator, where I “shoot screws,” maintain a clean workspace, and keep up with the assembly line to ensure the product is ready in all parts I’m responsible for. Previously, I supported Roper Corporation at the assembly line from August 2020 to January 2021 and through Kelly Services (temp) for Roper Corporation from January 2020 to August 2020.

In 2019, I transitioned into public safety as a Detention Officer with the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office, handling “processing inmates,” maintaining jail security, and keeping required records updated in the logbook. I also performed routine bed checks and cell searches, maintained inmate counts, and conducted pat downs on female inmates, including operating the tower.

Earlier, I developed strong communication and service skills through customer roles at Teleperformance and Wal-Mart. As a Customer Service Representative, I conferred with customers by telephone, took and entered orders, resolved complaints, and completed records and forms using computers—experiences that still guide how I work with teams today.
