I’m a detail-oriented correctional officer focused on maintaining security and operational efficiency through calm, professional enforcement of rules. I conduct regular inspections, monitor inmate activities, respond to incidents, and supervise movement during daily routines to support safety for staff and inmates. I’m currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice to deepen my expertise in the field.

Before that, I built strong process discipline as a Manufacturing Operator, operating and maintaining equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems. I inspected finished products for defects, made necessary adjustments, kept my work area clean and organized to reduce safety hazards, and supported inventory management by accurately counting and recording materials. I also followed production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.

I bring the same reliability and communication to customer-facing roles as well—hosting and supporting guest flow, and partnering with teams to keep service smooth. As a Sales Associate, I delivered exceptional customer service, handled POS and cashiering, managed stock checks and merchandising, and helped the business by saving the company $5,000 for credit card sales.
