What I'm looking for

I’m seeking career growth in AI Training and Quality Assurance, where I can apply my content moderation expertise, maintain strict policy compliance, and use accurate feedback/rating to help train and improve machine learning systems.

I am an accomplished Content Moderator with extensive experience maintaining content quality for one of the biggest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. I’m a fast learner and highly adaptive, and I’ve managed to keep strong performance with >99% accuracy.

In my current role as an Ad Quality Rater at Welocalize, I analyze user intent by interpreting complex search queries and assessing the relationship between search terms and displayed advertisements. I perform deep-dive audits of landing pages to ensure they’re functional, safe, and free of spam, and I identify and report misleading, offensive, or harmful ad content based on strict project guidelines—providing high-quality feedback to help train and refine machine learning algorithms.

Previously at Teleperformance Indonesia, I evaluated and monitored e-commerce content in adherence to company policy, visually reviewing pictures, videos, accounts, and text-based content while following up on violations of client policies to maintain content quality in every case reviewed. I also bring supportive leadership experience from working as an Assistant Supervisor and Barista, where I supervised staff and helped maintain consistent product quality.
