I'm a Local Project Officer with the Agency for Development Initiatives on the World Food Programme’s Cash for Work project, drawing on extensive experience delivering community-focused development initiatives in Kyrgyzstan.
I taught at the Kyrgyz State Law Academy and have led research, training, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement for projects with International Alert, GIZ, CRISP, Search for Common Ground, OSCE, UN, and the Research Institute for Islamic Studies.
I've developed simulation games and workshop formats, conducted surveys, interviews and focus groups, facilitated local seminars, prepared recommendations and reports, and supported peacebuilding, youth, religion, gender, and community dialogue initiatives.
