What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in business and IT analysis by gathering requirements, modeling processes, preparing specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.

I've supported business-process analysis at GU Kyzmat, gathering and formalizing requirements from internal teams and preparing technical specifications for IT delivery.

I model AS-IS and TO-BE processes in BPMN, analyze user scenarios, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with developers and testers to support change implementation.
