Project & Program Manager delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives across EU/UN/NGO partners—now shifting toward technology product delivery.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Project & Program Manager with 2.5+ years delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives across government, NGO, and international partners. My work spans cross-border cooperation across seven countries, with a strong focus on structured delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
In my current role at OJSC “State Insurance Organization,” I lead 12 cross-border cooperation projects and coordinate a 20–30 person internal working group across 7 countries. I negotiated and closed 18 institutional agreements and executed 20+ KYC compliance reviews end-to-end, producing 60+ analytical reports, 30 executive presentations, and 15 policy/analysis briefings to support leadership decisions.
Previously at Public Fund “Women Peace Bank,” I owned a portfolio of 3 concurrent projects ($10K–$500K) backed by EU, UNDP, GIZ, and national government stakeholders. I launched and ran 10 creative hubs nationwide, delivering vocational and entrepreneurship training to 9,000+ women, and led donor communication across 4 institutional partners.
Earlier experience includes national event operations with the Kok Boru Federation, where I coordinated logistics, vendor contracts, and security/permitting workflows for a 50,000+ attendee tournament on a 19M KGS (~$220K USD) budget. I’m comfortable with Agile and Jira, and I’m actively transitioning toward technology product delivery.
